What to eat can be so confusing and I am here to help. Wouldn't it be great to take the mystery out of what to eat once and for all! In this 6 month program you will learn simple yet powerful steps to create a lifetime of balance and total wellness.

You are not the same as your co-workers, your boyfriend, your friends so why should your food be? We will discover which foods best support your individaul needs and how to balance healthy eating for our busy lives. I will teach you how to shop at the supermarket and prepare the food in ways that is simple and easy. Who said healthy meals need to be complex and stressful?

I will also teach you how to get back in touch with YOU through self-care and start you on the path to living a life of vibrant health!

6 Month Course (12 Sessions)
This course meets two times per month for six months and will be a combination of lecture, discussion, fun exercises and groups shares. The focus will be on natural whole foods, self-care, and living the life of YOUR dreams through realizing your goals.
