Reiki 1 Class - Beginning December 10th in Philadelphia!

I (Sarah) will be co-teaching this course as part of my Reiki Master Teacher certification requirements.

This is a beginning Reiki class for anyone who wants to learn about Reiki, practice on themselves, friends or family members, or for those who want to practice professionally. Together we will explore this natural, gentle healing energy and practice in a supportive environment using the following topics and tools:

Definition and history of Reiki
Personal exploration of energy via mediation and self-treatments
Group discussion
Hands-on treatments of self and others (including volunteer clinics)
Ethics and professionalism

The course will consist of 12 classes once a week for three hours. The first class will be Thursday, December 10th 5:30-8:30 with subsequent classes being Friday evenings 6-9pm. Classes 1 and 2 will be held in the same week (see schedule below).

The course will be offered at the discounted rate of $200. Class size is limited to 6 people.

Course schedule:
Class 1: Thursday, December 10th 5:30-8:30pm
Class 2: Friday, December 11th 6-9pm.
Classes 3-12: Fridays, December 18th-March 5th
*No class Friday, December 25th or Friday, January 1st.

A Reiki Level 1 Certificate will be given upon completion.
