Thursday Night Yoga
Relieve stress, rebuild your energy, clarify your mind, and restore your body. This is an all abilities class, inspired by many styles of yoga, integrating mind, body, and breath through meditation, relaxation, and a balanced postural practice based on both classical and innovative yoga poses. Clear, down to earth instruction is given in a light-hearted enviroment as you move gently and freely with the breath to maximize the healing and decompressing benefits of yoga.
