This is an all abilities class, inspired by many styles of yoga, integrating mind, body, and breath through meditation, relaxation, and a balanced postural practice based on both classical and innovative yoga poses. Clear, down to earth instruction is given in a light-hearted enviroment as you move gently and freely with the breath to maximize the healing and decompressing benefits of yoga.

This class meets every Thursday, 7:15-8:45
