Open Spirit Circle

Open Spirit Circle is open to all spiritual paths.
Creating a sacred safe space to express ourselves through art, music,
movement and silence. We drum, dance, chant, trance, sing, meditate, and manage
to collectively and collaboratively find a harmony that lifts our spirits
together.
Free parking in 2 lots on either side of the building
Ring the bottom button to be let into the building
Take elevator to the 3rd Floor.
Bring your drums, rattles, signing bowls and other fun instruments
Bring a bottle of water for yourself (there will be a 5 gal container of
filtered Ice water for refills)
Bring your songs, chants, poems and creative ideas.

Featured Art Activity This month: we will be creating prayer ties that
will be hung at every event we hold and continued decoration of the banner we
started last month.

From 7 to 7:30 we will have a discussion and experiment on working with
the energy of the circle. ( drummers and dancers feeding each other, signals
for bringing chants in and communicating with drummers, and working energy
such as energy balls)

Suggested donation from $ 3 to $ 10 sliding scale, and no
one is turned away for lack of funding. Contributions such as 7 day
candles, food alter finger food items, art supplies, and helping with set up and
or take down are also greatly appreciated.
