Astral Travel :: a weekend workshop guided by Crotalo Sesamo of Damanhur

The Course in Astral Travel provides a philosophical foundation and basic understanding of the mechanisms and potential of 'separating' the astral body from the physical. For some people this is instinctive, nevertheless it is still difficult to guide and use experientially.

This seminar gives the student effective techniques in order to leave the body and travel only with the consciousness. The aim of this experimentation is to contact a dimension that is normally only known through dreams. It is a space in which what is normal and what is paranormal blend together and activate new faculties in the human being.

Learning to 'separate' also increases inner security; for example, it is possible to overcome the fear of death, to become more aware of existence beyond the physical body and to overcome the limits in perception imposed by life in the physical form.

The Course in Astral Travel provides a philosophical foundation and basic understanding of the mechanisms and potentialities of 'separating'. According to Damanhur’s philosophy the human being is a 'bridge-creature' that exists on many different planes, from the material to the spiritual.
