in a quiet beautiful forested rural area of Templeton, CA

Why?
Using feelings and right-brain exercises to stimulate a new kind of knowledge toward healing and a deeper happiness. We will use laughter yoga exercises, short hikes, ecstatic dancing movement, body sensation meditation, right-brain art and spontaneous and fast writing exercises to tap into our Deeper Self.

What?
Take a day out for yourself on beautiful land outside Templeton. Short hikes in the woods will be part of the workshop. Salad and drinks will be available. Maximum ten people. Minimum five people. $70 for the workshop. Two scholarships at 50% discount are available. Call for reservation: 805.434-3950.

What to bring:
• notebook and pen/pencil
• meditation cushion or bench
• your own art supplies and paper
• loose casual clothes, long pants (and solid shoes) for hiking
• your own lunch/snacks (we will provide salad and drinks)
• yoga mat or blanket (not mandatory)

Who? a Note about the workshop facilitator:

Bob Banner has been involved in two psycho-spiritual communities (7 years); has been published in numerous periodicals (Adbusters, Yes, Utne, New Times, HopeDance and others) over 35 years, has published a number of periodicals including HopeDance, Critique and edibleSLO. He has facilitated spontaneous writing workshops for 5 years; facilitated wild dancing for 4 years, facilitated discussions after documentary film screenings for ten years, and is currently a laughter yoga instructor throughout SLO county.
