Life Action For Artists

Get ready to work hard. You are going to explore what you really want from life – your largest vision. You will explore your history, patterns and emotional distresses and see how they help and hinder your vision. Then you’re going to figure out just how to get past those obstacles so that you can create what you want.

The process we’ll use is co-counseling, an intensive technique wherein you identify and remove obstacles by ...locating where and when they started. You will discharge stuck emotions that keep you playing small. Bring a timer and bring the willingness to stay focused in the workshop and work hard.

*learn powerful techniques for emotional release that you will be able to use after the workshop

*use a transformative thinking process that will help you get clear on what your largest vision is

*identify patterns that have repeatedly blocked you or slowed you down from reaching your dreams, along with techniques for releasing those patterns
