Learn the powerful and transformative Mer-Ka-Ba meditation during the Flower of Life workshop in the supportive environment of the Central American rainforest. This special trip has been designed for those who are ready to take their spiritual unfoldment to the next level. Our connection to our hearts and to Mother Earth has never been more important than it is now. Therefore, the workshop will be enhanced by interaction with indigenous people, the land and her animals. Sustainable living practices will be seen, where natural solutions to living will inspire as well as educate.
Of course, this will be as fun and amazing as it is educational. So Mother Nature herself will be the ultimate teacher: Dolphin cruises, reef fishes, jungle trees, elemental energies and the animals will assist us in knowing the One Law that runs through all things. What each person experiences from this adventure will be unique, yet the group will experience a common revelation of their own unity, perfection and unselfish love for themselves and the planet. Time for group and individual meditations in the forest will be given. This unique workshop when enhanced with Mother Earth will help the participant to remember their true natures and their own divinity.

Itinerary
Our base will be Hotel La Perla Negra located in the popular but quaint village of Puerto Viejo on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast. The hotel has 24 beautiful rooms, each of which have either a private patio or balcony and a view of either the jungle or the ocean. All rooms have private bathrooms, hot water showers, double beds and fans.

Day 1 - Plan on arriving in the afternoon to Hotel La Perla Negra. Lunch, rest, Welcome Dinner.
Day 2 - Hike along rivers and jungle to incredible 200 foot Volio Falls. Easy day to relax and adjust.
Day 3 - Flower of Life Workshop
Day 4 - Flower of Life Workshop
Day 5 - Flower of Life Workshop
Day 6 - Rainforest Canopy Tour with naturalist guide
Day 7 - Tour of Punta Mona Center for Sustainable Living, Dolphin watch cruise, coral reef snorkel
Day 8 - Visit to the Bribri Indian village on the Yorkin River with canoe trip & waterfall jungle hike.
Stay overnight.
Day 9 - Continue the Bribri indigenous tour with waterfall hike returning to the hotel by 4 PM;
Closing Ceremony and Dinner
Day 10 - Check out of hotel and take transport of your choice to return to San Jose

Cost: $1488.00 per person for single, $1244 per person for double occupancy (US funds)

Payment to Phil Laing of $1000 is due for single occupancy and $1000 for double occupancy is due by April 13th. There will be no refunds after April 13th, as airfares must be purchased and hotel arrangements made. If trip cancels, full refunds will be made to you. Check, cash and Paypal accepted.

Not included in price: Round Trip airfare to/from Costa Rica, meals away from hotel during excursions, transportation to Hotel La Perla Negra from airport, taxis, any overnight stays in hotels in San Jose, spa treatments, healing sessions, beverages or gratuities.
