Global Breathwork Day

GLOBAL BREATHWORK DAY: 6/11/2011

This workshop is being offered as part of Global Breathwork Day, an event joined by breathers in the US, UK, Denmark, Egypt, Germany, Mexico, Chile, Australia, Switzerland, Spain, Argentina, Canada, France, Russia, Uruguay, Ireland and Norway. It is intended for this to become an annual event, and June 11th, 2011 is the shakedown cruise; please consider being a part of this endeavor to breathe with people from all over the world.

Oliver Williams and Tim O’Connell, PhD, will offer Holotropic Breathwork on:

Time: 8.30am - 8.30pm. First time HB participants please be sure to arrive by 8.30am.

Location: 177 North 10th Street (Loft G), Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY.

Bring: Yoga mat or sleeping bag to lie on, blanket and pillow for your own use; food and beverage supplied. There is a small kitchen so please feel free to bring anything you wish to eat or drink.

How to get to the location.

Take the L train to Bedford Avenue. You will be at North 7th Street and Driggs Avenue, (there is a South 7th Street and a South 10th Street, so bring a compass). Walk three blocks north on Driggs to North 10th Street, turn left and #177 is a red brick building on the right hand side.
