Sankalpa Fundraiser!

Embodying the mission of Sankalpa, this event is a celebration of creative potential and collaboration. Performances, music, interactive art stations and more will help support the opening of an art therapy studio space in Auroville in south India! ART: Drawing station by Katyburd, where anyone can draw performers/dancers/musicia​ns throughout the night. Speed mandala station with Dorit. Henna, face painting, silent auction of hanging art and a station to make art which will be taken back to the children in India.

PERFORMANCE: Aerial by Kae Burke (and others), Hooping by Telah

DELIGHTS: Smoothies and raw treats by Andriana Santiago, Indian spice-inspired cocktails by Ray Liu

HEALING/CHILL ROOM: Upstairs space where the Didge project and Crystal bowl ensemble will share soothing vibrations. Reiki/healing offered by Trina Lacey, Surya Healing (Virginia Vasquez), Gianantonio Corna and others are welcome.

MUSIC: Rare Bollywood tracks by DJ $mall ¢hange, remixes of children's songs from India by Thornato & Atropolis of Cumba Mela, songs by Adam Collett, kA, Optimus Tribe, and interactive improv with Valerie Geffner!

-Adam Collett is a songster devoted to sharing good vibrations through music. Equal parts Jeff Buckley, Bob Dylan and Frank Zappa, his songs can be angelic, transformative and far out, all at once.
