Join shamanic healer and anthropologist, Rachel Mann, PhD in this 2-part workshop learning how to use the powers of the mind and shaking medicine to move energy in service of healing body, mind and spirit in oneself and clients. Shamanic traditions all over the world teach initiates how to clear the body/mind of emotional and physical clutter in service of enlisting intention in service of power. Power is then called up through the use of clear visualization, sound, movement, shaking, and art to to call in spiritual resources and assistance, to move heavy energies, remove blockages, and to call back lost soul parts. These are potent and effective methods to bring individuals and even communities into balance.

In this workshop, you will learn:

* Meditation techniques to foster concentration and clarity of intention in service of becoming a hollow bone through which healing energy can move inhindered.
* How to use spontaneous movement and sound to shake off heavy physical and emotional states and to move crystallized and heavy energies in the Light Body in oneself and clients.
* How to call up the powers of Earth, sky, the elements, and the celestial bodies to assist in creating wholeness and balance through hands-on healing.
* How to use earth crafts to magnetize healing and promote spiritual growth after energy and power have been called in and moved.

This is a 2-part workshop offered at Sacred Circle Bookshop in Alexandria, VA.

COST: $65/workshop or $115 if 2 are paid for in advance.
