Enrollment is open to anyone in the world with sincere and positive intentions for their life, an open heart, an open mind, and a willingness to challenge one's paradigms and engage alternative perspectives.

The dietas are designed for the mature, sincere, and respectful seeker of cultural knowledge, spiritual enlightenment, and personal healing.
We will assist in all aspects of your journey preparations and provide follow-up guidance and counseling according to your needs.
We hold in great esteem the native shamanic healers of the Peruvian Amazon, their rich and varied cultures, and their profoundly-rooted spiritual beliefs.
Dietas include the following:
7 days and nights amidst the stunning beauty of the Peruvian Amazon
transportation to and from iquitos to sanctuary ( taxi *iquitos to nauta and speed boat *nauta to jenarro herrera)

lodging at Sanctuary (private rooms)
3 organic dieta meals a day. You’ll be eating a simple but healthy traditional jungle diet that includes yuca, green bananas, rice, fish, and vegetables. We will follow the “shamanic diet” which helps to purify the body and enhance the effects of the medicine. If you’re vegetarian or have any special requirements please let us know in advance. On ceremony days you will only eat breakfast and lunch. fresh juices, tea and filtered drinking water will also be available.

FACILITATING CURANDERO/SHAMAN:
The Ayahuasca ceremonies are conducted by extraordinary maestro ayahuasquero Ricardo Pipa, and at times his son Hener Pipa. they work in purely positive modalities and maintain a strong healing practice. They are truly dedicated Amazonian healers of the highest caliber. they are both extraordinarily gifted healers, characterized by there unbridled devotion to the ancient jungle healing arts, a deep knowledge of traditional plant medicine, and a sense of service to humanity through there connection with the healing spirits of the Earth, Water and Heavens. they radiate positive healing energy and uncomplicated wisdom which communicates directly to the heart and soul of everyone who knows them.
Ricardo and Hener have had a lifelong dedication to the old jungle healing arts.
Ricardo has been working as a curandero for more than 60 years. At 89 years old he is still going strong, and bringing much healing to those who come to him.
Hener now has more than 20 years of experience, apprenticing under his father, and also an amazing and powerful healer!
they are kind, gentle, loving human beings with a great sense of humor who have learned there art well.
The harmony and positive healing energy inherent in there work is extraordinary and felt by everyone present..
You will have opportunities for private consultation and personalized healing work in addition to group ceremonies and integrative activities.

THE SANCTUARY:
Our venue is a Eden-like very humble and simple spiritually-inspired Sanctuary.
it is a space dedicated exclusively to holistic healing and evolution of higher consciousness.
This is the perfect place to encounter deep healing and spiritual realization through communion with the sacred plants and impeccable human company in intimate contact with nature.
we sustain, protect, and manage a beautiful 80-acre rainforest nature reserve teeming with plant and wildlife diversity. Everything here is integrated with nature, and so shall you be as well.
Activities vary according to weather conditions and time of year.
the land is a place of Solitude, and is far removed from the bustle of the nearby village, allowing us to fully take in the sights, sounds, and energy that the jungle has to share.
The Sanctuary is located 1 hr walk outside of the village of Jenaro Herrera. Jenaro Herrera is a relatively small jungle village off the coast of the Ucayali River. Which is a branch off of the Amazon River.
Jenaro herrera is a tranquil place, with rustic, thatched-roof houses lining the river and palm trees touching the sky.
Very few tourists visit there, and we work closely with the community to tread lightly and support them in ways they are seeking. In general most people are extremely supportive and excited to meet new people from all over the world (about 80% of the village has never been outside of the village!)
There is much to be learned from balanced, happy people in a relaxed, natural rhythm of life. Jenaro Herrera is a unique gem of a place that few Westerners have the opportunity to experience

Our plant medicines are potent and prepared from carefully-selected plants which are
cultivated or wild-crafted and ethically harvested.
note that: activities and mosquito levels fluctuate througout the year. during the reainy season there are much more mosquitos present. meaning when there are more mosquitos, most of our time is normally spend inside the maloka or in our rooms...reading, talking, painting and such.
Accommodations:
all of Our accommodations are built in traditional amazonion style.
they are palm leaf thatched huts called "tambos" by the people of the jungle.
the "casa grande" has 9 rooms and can sleep 10 people, the "small casita" has 2 rooms and can sleep 2 people and has a small patio for hanging your hammocks…all accommodations are complete with bed, mosquito nets, sheets, and towel , our accommodations are clean and comfortable .
Ayahuasca ceremonies are held in the moloka (traditional healing temple.)
we also have a wonderful open air dining area.
all showers are taken in the traditional jungle style, in a little jungle bathing hut in beautifully shaded area with very fresh water collected from our well that is comes from a nearby stream . all showers are taken with buckets.
This is an authentic rainforest accommodation, used for centuries by indigenous people.
there are no gadgets, TVs, internet or other things to get in the way of your experience so you can let go of the outside world and focus on your healing work.
