About Roar Sheppard
Roar Sheppard is the author of “The Universe Speaks: On the Love and Pain of 2012-2025”, “Tears of the Earth” and “Earth in Danger”. He is an American who resided in Korea for about 15 years, where he studied Korean traditional culture and the arts of oriental medicine and divination. . Interested in the secret of the Universe, he searched for it through meditation.
Through the deep silence of his meditation and breathing training, he began to communicate with various plants and animals through wavelengths.
Roar has taught Yoga teachers, Buddhists and a variety of people from all walks of life how to do Danjeon Breathing He has been traveling the world teaching and sharing danjeon breathing, the 5 elements, the 8 body types, the 4 factors of human destiny and about the preparations needed for a New Society, which he says is coming sooner than we think.
