Summary
Join us for this for this unique yoga retreat to Tulum in the Yucatan Peninsula. There is no better way to embrace the magic of this special place than to do so during the full moon. Add the amazing teaching of Dagmar Spremberg, with the music of the Hang Drum and all of this during 2012... Talk about magic!

Dagmar will lead you through dynamic flows in the mornings and a sweet slow flow at night accompanied by the Daniel on the beautiful hang drum. Shambala Petit Hotel is the most charming spot on the entire beach and will be the perfect place to dive into our practice, jump into the ocean and relax on the white sand beach. In addition to visiting Mayan Ruins and swimming in underground catacombs, we'll have plenty of free time to explore, snorkel, kayak, kite-surf and more. We'll enjoy 3 healthy meals a day and have access to spa treatments influenced by ancient Mayan tradition.

About Dagmar
Dagmar believes that yoga is more than just bringing the foot behind the head. It is about re-connecting and feeling good about ourselves. It allows us to remember our own strength and beauty and re-align ourselves with something that is bigger than us. Through yoga we can get out of the mind and into the body and heart. We learn that we are free to make choices, so instead of turning away from the world, we engage with it in a conscious way with a new set of tools and new awareness and clarity. Our goal is to create balance and remove any blockages that keep us from living with joy. When we are living our truth and free from fear, we will inspire others to do the same.

Daniel Gautschi - Hang Drum
In this very special yoga retreat we will do dynamic vinyasa flow in the mornings. During the evening slow flow classes Dagmar will be accompanied by Daniel Gautschi, playing the beautiful melodies of the Hang drum, a very unique, handmade instrument created in Switzerland. Daniel has been living in Costa Rica for over 20 years and is well known as an artist.
