somebody else told me about this method. not out loud but rather telepathically through the astral plane, of course.

if you move your eyes opposite to the tone rather than in the same direction of the tone, it opens your brain up to better astral projection. of course you should be under the influence of something psychedelic or stimulating while you do it.
