forgiveness

I've had this whole journey with forgiveness, beginning in my youth when I couldn't find forgiveness, or didn't really think there was a need to look for it, to being told my life was altered because I did not have forgiveness, to having the seed of forgiveness planted inside of me, and years later to discover that the seed had grown into a beautiful tree with pink flowers..

In the last year there were some serious happenings which required forgiveness on my part. And on Mothers Day I discovered that the forgiveness had entered my heart over the situation... So I wrote about it on Facebook..

No one really said anything (and actually who knows who reads my writings beside my friends who step forward with words).... but now like 3 times I have been seeing little quotes talking about forgiveness.. and it was funny because today another of my Facebook connections put a quote in about forgiveness and another person came right on and said that she was going to put that same quote on that morning but had gone with a different one....

Forgiveness is not something
we do for other people,
we do it for ourselves
to get well
and move on

I fjust find it interesting..... like a collective wave of energy moving..
