New Symbol
Forced myself to go to Yoga this morning and it wasn't easy but there was a very inspirational girl beside me that I never saw do yoga before and she had a really distinctive mat. I watched her in awe and it forced me to push myself even harder. On the mat she had this amazing eye symbol!
I didn't have too may Crown crop up last week but I was less than living life well! this week as soon as I step into a more positive way of living I am seeing the symbol and having great moments of inspiration all marked by 11.11
Feeling positive that I am on the right track!

Alex Grey, DMT, Sonic Vision
Nice confirmation, Danielle!
Last night my partner and I were sitting on the sofa discussing Strassman's book DMT: The Spirit Molecule. I read it a few years ago and he's just reading it now. As I looked at the cover of my beloved copy of the book, I found myself lost in Alex Grey's artwork with all the eyes. I was telling Keith about how entrancing that vision was when I saw it at the planetarium during Moby's IMAX film "Sonic Vision." I've spent a lot of time thinking about the book and the film I just referenced, but it's notable that I was specifically focussing on the eyes on the same day that John sent out the new symbol for the group...in fact, it may have been around the same time. Not sure when John posted the topic, but I was looking at the book around 9 PM yesterday.

And their eyes were opened...
A painting I made that is hanging on my wall in my apartment. I have always loved eyes.
Oh my lord
I could not believe this. As soon as I finished my post, I checked my email and saw an email from a lady I get email newsletters for her sound healing news. I didn't realize she was a painter too, but check out this excerpt from her email:
"Sometimes I have painted a person that I recognize, but I have never met them...at least in this life! It is like I have soul recognition of a stranger that I paint......There appears to be energy coming from the eyes in the painting, and I have felt it before! I have been told that the energy of the eyes conveys the energy of one's soul!"
My ex-wife
Cut back our gangly Norway Spruce for us recently and found this weird cocoon while doing so. Looking it up on the internets, we discovered that it's a baby Gypsy Moth. Same family (Saturniidae) as our deceased daughter Luna's namesake.
It might grow up to have eyes on it's wings.
another EYE encounter
First off, nice stories shared about the "eye" symbol this week! I especially love your story, River. Very cool - a message from the cosmos indeed.
I'm a bit embarrassed to share this one....but I do feel it's pertinent to the discussion. Keith and I don't watch much TV, but last night before bed we decided to check the listings. Nothing interesting on, so we got out an old videotape of his that I hadn't seen - a cheesy "college movie" from the 1990s (hilarious nonetheless) called "PCU." (I have to admit that it was truly cracking me up although I was a little skeptical about watching it at first. Sometimes a little college humour isn't a bad thing.) Anyway, one of the lead characters, a crazy guy in a party-frat house, gives a tour to a nerdy newbie who's researching the campus. In one scene he goes to a closet with two doors that open in the middle, on which a big and beautiful EYE is painted across both doors. I'm not sure of the significance of the eye to me personally, but I will be considering it closely since the eye was very large, distinct, colourful, and beautiful. And it coincides with our group symbol, so there you have it.

Interesting, I like how it
Interesting, I like how it was kind of an obscure movie that you had on video but hadn't watched before. I love movies and stupid humour so no need to apologize there. Anchorman is one of my favourite movies.
Eyeball
The first one might have been a reach...this one less so maybe. Freaky? Is something happening here?
Reported June 9 in Italy, day after this thread started.

What do you think.
Hmm, looks a lot like an eyeball to me!
Ha! Check out my recent crop circle post on evolver before it goes away! I'm kinda surprised that more attention isn't drawn to it. It just floors me.

Pleiadean Symbol + EYE
This music and animation video of Gong's "How to Stay Alive" is most enchanting. I offer it up for your pleasure:
Today I watched this video for the first time in a few weeks. (I LOVE the video.) And today I noticed that triangle with a circle at each point was also inside a circle, which was also encircling an EYE.
At about 1:15 into the video (but please, watch it all!) you'll see the EYE appear. And here's the symbol I drew over and over and over in 1995, and which I associate with Pleiadeans and crop circles:
The eye appears within the triangle. Something beyond the mundane is happening here.
Anyway, enjoy the video! And if you're so inclined, as I am, to really jibe with Daevid Allen and Gong, I suggest that this week's theme is TEAPOT. Maybe even FLYING teapots...
So many eyes this week!
So this week the symbol was unbelievable present in my life!! I saw the eye was to be the new symbol on the morning of 9th and that night BIG BROTHER started which I am a going to admit that I watch.
The eye (all seeing eye) is the symbol, logo and idea behind the entire show! I have watched the programme every night since and its early evening show too not to mention seen the eyes featured in so many of the weekly and daily papers since and every magazine on the rack!
I couldn't have seen more eyes if I had tried!!
By the way how are you including Pics in your comments? I would love to know
posting images
HA love that big brother connection...unexpected.
To embed a pic you need to have it hosted somewhere external so you can link to it. If it's your own pic you could put it up on flickr or wherever. I put mine up on my own website and link to it there.
To link to it in your post, include an img tag like this:

Eye flower
Another crop circle was reported yesterday in Italy, this one more spectacular. It is a six-petalled flower. Each petal contains a circle within a circle. Each of these contains a unique pattern of dots that several people have commented looks like braille although it doesn't seem to conform to the braille alphabet. Each petal has a thinner mirror image that connects with the center of the formation. The double petal plus the circle forms an eye, so the formation is essentially six eyes arranged around a center point. The braille-like dots directly on the cornea indicate dueling themes of blindness and vision.

Combined eye
I did some photoshopping with the diagram of this formation. I combined all six circles and got this:

Wow. 7x.
Danielle, Beautiful image. It's striking how the visual pattern of the "eyelashes" around this "eye of flowers" correlates with the patterning of circles around the perimeter of the "flower of eyes" in the Italy crop circle. (Italy starts with an "I"). Also, I notice that 7 of us have posted here over the past 7 days, matching the number of visual centers in the Italian crop circle pattern. It will be interesting to see the how the "seahorse" symbolism unfurls this week, with it's spiral tail.
Thanks...River By the way I
Thanks...River By the way I love your Google Wave Pic. Why did you pick that image?
Well, since the week is up...
I guess I can wander off into a dreamy story. About seven or so years ago, I had an exceptionally lucid dream in which I was in a country setting, with hay piles and an old barn in the foreground, and a low hill with a wheat field off to my left. There was a burlap sack rustling and lumping around in the hay in front of the barn, so I leaned down to open it thinking, "That poor cat is stuck in the bag." But as I opened the bag, to my great surprise, out jumped a fox! It clamped my hand gently in it's jaw and insistently tugged me into the wheat field, where I got down on all fours and we played and played. It's one of the most lucid and happy dreams I've ever had. When I told my partner about it she said, "Have you heard of totem animals before?" So I looked up fox as totem, and sure enough, I cried and knew that that was just how it was. Thank you for asking!
Uhh, guys...
It hatched.
Four years ago on Father's day, my infant daughter Luna opened her eyes for me in the NICU and stared into mine for four hours, almost without blinking. She was sharing a sublime download of information with me that captivated my attention and which I've struggled to comprehend ever since. Shortly after that day, she contracted MRSA from a "standard procedure" and declined in health until I had to issue a no resuscitation order on June 26th. Her spirit released in her mother's arms with me at their side.
Fast forward to this afternoon, just a few moments ago. I was playing Rock-paper-scissors with my teenage daughter (whose mom found the cocoon I mentioned earlier). She bumped a round neodymium magnet on a nearby filecabinet and it rolled sideways around the back. When she went to look for it she said, "um, Dad? Do you have a butterfly?" I said, "I don't think so" and walked over to see this:

Then, my partner, Luna's mom, came to see and said softly to me, "It's father's day, you know." Leonard Cohen's song "Hallelujah" then came on Pandora radio.
Most beautiful.
The cocoon itself was a lovely gift, a metaphor for so many things (swaddling and beginnings and changes come to mind first), and with such a special meaning....but that it "came through" such a tremendous and miraculous metamorphosis and presented so beautifully - on Father's Day, no less - this entire story you've shared brings tears out of my heart through my eyes....oh, how apropos, from my heart and through my EYES.
Thank you, we're stunned here
I called this moth a Gypsy Moth above, which is a local colloquialism, and incorrect. It's actual name is Cecropia. The link shows some great photos of the life cycle of this unusual creature.
Blessings
I read this post on my handheld, and the moth image couldn't be viewed.. coming back to read again and am overwhelmed by the fierce and fragile beauty of this moth. Incredibly powerful spirit! What a blessing, and a gift for us all in your sharing the story... thank you.
Sixfold eye formation
Another six-fold formation consisting of eye-like shapes. Three inner eyes and three outer forming two six-pointed stars. There seems to be a faint circle in the center that would be a pupil for the outer eyes and maybe an iris (pigmented part) for the inner eyes.
