Currency is on its death bed around the globe. While there is still time and resources available to counteract the obviously scripted failure of global economies I advocate creative currency. Creative currency is money that is priceless. It creates value because of aesthetics not debt, and because it is personalized there is no limit to the potential for more currency. As new currency is created by artisans the older creatively driven currencies do not necessarily lose or gain value.
Due to modern money mechanics imbalance and failure to obtain any inherent variety beyond intrinsic arbitrary numerical values, the climate is right for innovation. If artists, graphic designers, painters, writers, etc. began multiplying work in a smaller format for mass production then art could become money. It may sound far fetched, but if money becomes art then there will be no need for a regulatory function for global currency, it will create its own regulations based on the individual tastes of traders. The ability to put anything from designs to useful and insightful quotes on paper and replace them with oppressive and meaningless currency seems like a simple solution. Though I may just be a delusional fool hoping for change in a system far too concrete to break through.
The creative currency club should start as a charity organization, finding ways to convert art into money to feed the hungry and cloth the naked. To help fund non profits, environmental organizations and anything to do with the spread of light in the midst of a shadowy world. I will advocate this movement not for personal gain, but in hopes that by some miracle it actually catch on and began to further make money meaningless. Because the quickest way to free ourselves from the chains of money is to fabricate a solution that cultivates instead of disappears.
Namaste
Make money for a future where money is created individually instead of at the hands of corporate gangsters and political puppets.
An artistic revolution will be one of bloodlessness, ink will take the place of blood, pens the place of bullets.
