The Elements Management Academy started a new season in 2011, by offering a free online education, based on videos.

The videos are complemented with booklets for self study, you can work on by yourself or with your community.

My intention by facilitating this training online is to support the creation and integration of new option for self education based on awareness and human based technology. In which you become fully responsible of your own learning process and awakening.

For the ones that complete EM Units of online training based on self study, it is possible to request a EM900 Certification, and become Local facilitatores. In that way you can open workshops and support directly your community, network, family, or business with our methods.

As well, you become inmeditaly member of the Holistic sustainability network, and as a new holoentrepreneuer, you are welcome to share a new inner currency but also a network in which we cocreate conditions and processes for global holistic sustainable living and consciousness schift.

For the facilitation of our methods, you need to become skillful by applying an experiential training. Which is the most direct and effective way to facilitate elements management. This kind of complete training you receive only within our networks, and it is private and free, but only for people which is truelly interested. The EM Academy and EM Channels have more than 300 hours of training (motivatin for self study, meditation and self reflection) online, information and motivating and challening information, new ways of perceiving and new methods that apply human base dtechnology for holistic sustainable living.

The 300 hours videos are just an introductory material, you are welcome to watch freely.

In addition, for the ones ready to go deeper into the elements management body of work, you are welcome to join our websites, where you will find the possibility to join forums and study groups, also with videos, in which you can ask collectivelly questions and receive answers and suggestions for self study and colaborative study by Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken, creator of elements management.

We support self education and collaborative practical learning in which application in daily life and own community or professional work are suggested.

In addition you are welcome to request individual coaching by Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken and a Multidimensional Mandala (EM Systhemic) analysis of your situation, needs and resources. The training for the application of this analysis is also provided free for the members of our network.

The EM Analysis is an advanced level of training only available for network members that completed after certain level of training. 18, 27 to 81 units according to case.

There is available a complete training in the fundamental tools utilized by elements management, 81 units of videos and self study also available for member sof our networks.
