The music of Steve Roach

This is a discussion related to Steve Roach, a new age/ambient electronic musician from California. The music is of the psychedelic/minimalist variety and is mainly intended for use as meditation or background noise. Drawing upon inspiration from the Earth's landscapes, Roach creates textures and sounds that have a really spiritual quality to them. I like to put his music on before I go to sleep, as it's incredibly relaxing. Does anyone else dig this guy? If you haven't heard of him, you should definitely check him out!
