Integration, the feminine in community

What has your experience been with the integration of the goddess energy within community settings? I find it common that within the realm of our conscious tribe we continue to deal with the ego driven ways of our society.
Such as: managing the structure of community by force rather than nurturing community ideals, the authoritative style of leadership where one is all knowing rather than one that listens to the community needs, the competition driven ways of finishing a project rather than working together for a complete vision that benefits all and provides to all.
My own experiences have led me to witness the power the divine feminine possesses to shift the ego driven minds of those who are not content with their divinity. Or those who don't recognize that the divine is within them and everyone else. The creative, nurturing qualities that the feminine embodies can be used to listen and be receptive to the whole of the community, while still providing an individual understanding and recognition. I have encountered countless beings that potentiate their highest selves, yet continue to drive their egos and forget that to nourish their self, it is inclusive of the whole oneness or divine that we are all a part of.
I would like to create a community where there is personal space for creative endeavors and silence for spiritual advancement along with a community central space where these ideas are integrated and shared to begin and florish, benefiting all those that participate. It is taking action and initiating the potential of the self, then integrating within a space where this vision can be refined and fully manifested to shift the state of others that are able to receive that information.
What is your solution to this challenge? How do we integrate the fullness of our goddess selves and retain the balance with our masculine energies? What are feminine and masculine energies?

the masculine in the feminine
Hello all im Tonantzin all the way from Mexico, i try to understand a little about this but i think it bit sophisticated for me, but i can understand the question about the energies, and i think that i might have some experience on this topic, i have to explain i little bit about us as Mexican Woman on our town...we have been on the line for quite some time now, most of our men's have leave or homes, cuz they go looking for the money to the united states of america, a lot of them promise to come back and help with the children, but not all come back, some of them even make new families over there and never come back, mean while we as womens have all the burden of making something out of our kids while copping whit the sadness of an abandoned, i think most of my sisters have show a lot of that masculine energy cuz we dont give up, we seem to never do it, me take both roles and continue even now we are making alot of movements on new ways of getting our history out to the world cuz we feels that we are very unique in our situations and what to show to the world that we can actualy make it here we dont need to go anywhere, we whant our mens back, you can see some of the letters we got from alot of people around the village its interesting words, the words of the Mexican woman.

Neighbors and community
Dear sister,
My heart goes out to you. I have spent time with some of these men here in estados unidos over the past five years; my landlord hired them to work in the garden. It is a delicate thing to encourage these men to go back to their families while remaining a friend. After years of talking about it though, one has brought his wife to live here and another, a real playboy, finally went back to live with his wife and three kids.
I have gone back and forth to Mexico my whole life, most recently camping out every summer with the Yaquis. I have some idea of how hard it is to make a living in Mexico. Though the Mexican government does not display the aggression and ruthlessness to other countries that the USA does, there is much brutality focused on its own people. I hope that your vecinos are able to come together and help each other.
This is the time for the people of the Earth to gain awareness and respect for the creative power of the woman, and as Alchemy Goddess says: for nurturing community ideals, listening to community needs, and working together for a complete vision that benefits all and provides to all.
