This is a short one, but I thought it was so odd that I would like to share.
If you know Tool, you know Maynard James Keenan. He was in my dream and was being promoted for a tv show - if you paid $100 you could have a pyschotherapy session with Maynard, on camera of course. I paid the $100 and thought of all the things I would ask him. We were outside and the cameras were rolling. Before it was my turn, an older woman in a blue silky dress had her therapy session. She got in Maynard's lap and he cradled her, a full-size woman, like a baby. The dream ended before I could even have my session.
I take it that Maynard showed up as my therapist in my dream because his music is like therapy to my soul. What I do not know is what the lady in blue means. She was so prominent and vivid so I'm sure she was an important part of my subconscious emerging.

Haha, amazing dream! If only you had gotten to have your therapy session with him. Who knows what amazing things he could have shared.

MJK has shared so much with so many. He has and still does continue to play a big role in my thoughts and reflections on the nature of our human/divine potentiality. Maybe the woman in the blue dress was his mother, Marie? A huge portion of his lyrical content comes from this tragic relationship and maybe this is a maya of the healing that is going on there, just a thought.

IMHO - Lateralus is one of THE best rock albums of all time. Only Pink Floyd touched on such etheral matter. Plus going from Aenima to Lateralus you can actually HEAR how the musicians grew spiritually, how often can you make this claim? In case it's not clear I'm a HUGE tool fan, then again, anybody who likes them quickly finds themself in the position I think. =}

Haha. I had a recent dream that I was hanging with MJK at his crib. Not the first MJK dream I've had (not hard to see how he has this affect on people given the ambition of Tool's/APC's?Puscifer's music/lyrics) but still kinda funny that he seems to have become Archtypal... which somehow seems intentional. The dream isn't the strangest MJK experience I had as there was one time that I heard lyrics in my head that I wouldnt hear in his work for another year. I guess MJK has a strong connection or special clearence to the unseen Realms.

Nice to think of him as an archetype! That's completely amazing you heard lyrics in your head before the work was released. I definitely think he is spiritually connected, more than he lets off.
