Stingray

Yesterday I was up at the family cottage. My Dad and I were putting up a tent. Once it was up, we noticed that there was a sharp rock sticking out of the ground just inside the entrance. After some digging, we pulled it out of the ground. It was diamond shaped, with a perfectly uniform 2 or 3 inch strip of quartz running through its center and raised up. I thought that it looked like a manta ray or stingray, with the diamond shape and the quartz strip looking like a spine. We decided to keep it in the garden as decoration.
This morning I dropped off my daughter at day care. As I was signing my name on a permission form for a field trip, a boy came up and slapped down a rubber stingray toy on the table right in my field of vision.
That’s all, I just thought I would relate that.
Odds and Sods

I was reading a book the other evening and it mentioned something about "being in Odds and Sods". I didn't understand and started the sentence again. I still didn't understand. I then read the sentence and the following sentence and finally understood that Odds and Sods was supposed to be her local shop. I had never heard of this name for a shop before and thought it was a bit mad!
Two minutes later my attention was caught by a show that was on TV in the background. It was a couple who were renovating an old railway house. The were taking a walk around the local area and as they walked the Main St they passed a big shop called.......Odds and Sods! Honestly this was no more than two minutes later!
The very next day a person i deal with in work called by and was trying to get me to do a one of sale in a club he is a member of. He was leaving but as his final comment was ...think about it...get all your odds and sods together and I will book the venue!
Sometimes I need a gentle reminder about Synchronicity. It reminded me to allow the natural order of things a door into my world!
No lie

No word of a lie - last night I was reading an email from a co-worker that contained a to-do list. He divided the to-do's into categories, with the last one being a general catch all called Odds and Sods. I took special note of it as I couldn't recall seeing that phrase in a long time and it seemed sort of unique to him. Seriously, this was like 12 hours ago.
What are the odds, sods?

That is rather mad although as soon as I saw that there was a post there already I just knew you were going to say that you had something to add to the Odds and Sods aspect!

That was a very interesting synchronicity, I have them quite often too but they are fleeting like dreams. I forget to take note of them so I can share them here.
I am going to make a special effort from now on. I have posted a picture, "MitilonDog", on my profile that turned out to be something else. Synchronistic, I don't know but interesting.
I am not afraid of tomorrow for I have seen yesterday and I love today.
