coming to asheville for event, looking to hang out and/or crash on couch

Hi everybody! I’m coming to the Asheville area for the Gathering of the Peacemakers, an annual festival/retreat for learning about sustainable and evolved methods of living for the coming age. Their website is here: http://www.onelovepress.com

It takes place August 30th (Sunday) to September 5th (Saturday) at camp Rockmont, near Black Mountain.

I'm looking for two things:
A) to meet some folks from evolver and chill and hang out.
B) if any of you have a place where I can stay the night before, or the night after it ends, that would be wonderful.

Since it starts Sunday morning, I’ll be making the drive on Saturday, and so I’m looking for a place to stay Saturday night. And since it ends late in the day on the 5th, I’m also looking for a place to stay that night.

And anybody who wants to get lunch, tell me about the wonderful town of Asheville, show me around, or hang out, that would be fantastic! Asheville is on my short list of places I’d like to live in the near future – so I’d appreciate any chance to experience and learn about it.
