Hey, has anyone organized an event in the WNC area for the Shamanic Panic Spore?
I'm really interested in this subject right now, but I'm not going to be in Asheville that week. However, if enough folks were interested and mobile, we could all meet at the PaperHand show (http://www.paperhand.org/) in Chapel Hill on the 14th or 15th, and gather afterward for coffee and discussion on the links between community, art, activism, and the lost role of the shaman.

I'm confused. A friend told me that this event is taking place in Asheville, and I see it listed among the others worldwide. But I can't find any information on it except this suggestion that some folks meet in Chapel Hill. If there's an event coming up in Asheville, where and when is it?

Hey legacylife - no, AFAIK, nobody has organized anything for Asheville for Wednesday. Nobody took me up on the Chapel Hill offer for this past weekend, either. Would you want to organize something? I'm not able to come up this Wednesday, so anything I'd put together for this Spore would have to be in the Triangle. ->Still an option, folks, but you'll have to let me know.<-
