Turtle Medicine: Renewing our Dreams

Cultures around the world imagine the Earth resting on the back of a giant Turtle. Turtle medicine teaches us to be grounded, to move slowly but surely in the direction of our dreams.

The Turtle spirits have suggested this class as a spring cleaning for the soul, a way to bring our authentic desires out of hibernation. We will connect with the Turtles through movement and dreaming and read turtle shells, an ancient form of divination.

In the presence of the Turtles and our fellow dreamers, we will learn how to bring the soul's passion into everyday life. Creatives and dreamers of all stripes are invited to join us as we coax our dreams out of their shells!

Registration
The cost of the workshop is $99. A non-refundable deposit of $45 by June 30 will secure your space. (There may be room for some late registrants, but I'll be ordering turtle shells for this course, so please let me know if you're considering late registration.)

Nourishing the Body
Light snacks will be provided, and we'll break for lunch. You are welcome to bring your own meal or visit one of historic Roswell's restaurants, which are within walking distance.

Your Facilitator
Stephen Cavitt trained in core shamanism with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies. A minister with the Circle of the Sacred Earth, a church rooted in indigenous teachings, Stephen blends contemporary energy therapies with traditional healing methods. Apprenticed in Peruvian shamanism, he offers shamanic medicine and readings through the Meditating Mantis and Good Vibes Wellness LLC in Atlanta.
