Boston Holotropic is a dedicated group of experienced Grof-certified Holotropic Breathwork® facilitators, trainees and supporting participants. We have seen the benefits of Holotropic Breathwork in our own lives, and also in the growth and healing in the lives of people who have participated in our workshops around New England.
Because it has been many years since Holotropic Breathwork has been regularly offered in the Boston area, we have come together to make this deeply life-enhancing process more easily available to our community.
