I went to Lenny's workshop in Belmont last winter and found it fairly profound, but thought of many improvements... have holotropic people thought of using sound floors? also I felt a more constant frequency, such as used in Hemi-Sync would have helped. I'll be reading Stan Grof's new book on Holotropic Breathwork - it should have some useful tips.

Hi JMT!
I missed you over the winter. Came very close to flying back from Utah just for the workshop as I'm closely involved with the Boston Holotropic group. I personally have experimented with hemi-sync in sessions with people. As far as I know there hasn't been substantial research done with it in HB sessions. Coordinating research is difficult as the amount of time and resources required for a session is already quite high.
And for sound floors... sounds incredible! I'm all ears on this, and fairly sure that standard audio equipment / PA systems are the norm across the community, as again, expense creeps in.
