Give It Up! Updates

Greetings NYC Evolvers,

By now I’m sure you’ve all heard about our event with Larry Harvey coming up this Friday (http://www.evolver.net/ny_give_it_up_spore). We still need some volunteers to help everything run smoothly. If you are interested in helping out (you’ll get in for FREE of course!) please get in touch with me so I can send you a list of where we need people. If you’ve already contacted me about volunteering, I will respond asap!

Also I wanted to highlight that the event does NOT end at midnight – some earlier listings may say this … and remember to come early if you want to check out some of the awesome services that are being offered for FREE, thanks to Time Interchange of New York (TINY) members. It’s a complementary currency system where the unit of exchange is the man-hour, and each member’s time is valued equally. For the first hour of our event a group of generous TINY members will be offering their services as gifts to the community (more details coming soon). If you register with the site (http://www.timeinterchange.com) and complete one transaction (offer or request) by Friday, you’ll get a free raffle ticket!
