I’m tired of being alone. Let’s meet up!

So I wrote this blog when I went up to visit my dear friend / fellow Evolver Robin.
In this blog I posted how many of us have a desire to know each other beyond our cyber connection viva the inter-web. The blog I speak of has gotten many gorks and I have gotten some really good feedback though comments and personal messages.
Personally I am tired of being some freak that “normal” people don’t understand and I am tired of hiding my clairvoyant abilities. I want to develop who I am and my abilities with people who understand me and me them.
Why try to make it in life alone?
I would really like to start a weekly / bi weekly / or mouthy get together.
I’m not talking about a spore event but some kind of regular meeting at a lounge / café , in the park (when warmer), in someone’s home, or something.
I’m not sure if there is an official person who is in charge of setting up meetings. If there is let me know who you are and maybe we can work together. I know for me that NYC can be a really lonely place even if it’s full of lots and lots of people.
I’m tired of being alone.
Let’s meet up!

totally
Totally interested. Totally synchronic. My fiance and I would love to meet. Discuss life, discuss synchronicity discuss...*ahem* "powers" and whatever else. We live in Nassau and between work and our upcoming wedding there's a lot to interfere, but we're up to trying. I sent you a friend request so we can keep in touch and build an electronic relationship before we manage to link up an physical one. Be well.
appreciate you putting it
appreciate you putting it all out there, not many people do that, so it sounds cool to me too I guess. I'm always looking for something to get into. My cousin is down near Marine Park in Brooklyn, I hang out in the city, lots to do if u know where to go or you just want to explore. Are you in Manhattan?
Let's Meet
I think making a mini spread sheet with the following info is best: Day / Time, Borough, Type of Venue. Also feel free to share what you would like to do, share or get from a meeting.
___________________
Day: Sunday (all day), Thursday ( from 11am to 4:00pm), Friday ( 7:00pm till whenever), Saturday ( 3:00pm till whenever).
Borough: Manhattan or Brooklyn.
Type Venue: cafe's, coffee house or lounges with fair priced food that is yummy. Ideally a venue that does not serve alcohol or beer in case we have some people under 21 who would like to meet with us.
What I would like to do / gain from several meetings: meditation, mental imagery work, rikki, create a support system.

Let's hang out
I live upstate but it's not hard for me to hop on a train/bus to manhattan (port authority or penn station)...I can do Fridays and Saturdays and I know that this is something I want to do because I've been visualizing it for the past few months and finally you're doing something about it. Hanging out, eating, even just drinking some tea and of course talking about our experiences and life...that's what I'm here for. I don't blog often because I would rather find people to meet with to talk in person. Have you checked out meetup.com? Its also a great site for different types of people. But Miss Jules, I will meet you...even if its just us.
Shamanic Ritual Evening in Brooklyn
I will be attending the shamanic ritual meeting on the 17th . It starts at 7:30pm ... would anyone like to meet up at 6:30pm for a quick bite and a chance to get to know one another.
Here is the event link:

I know this is not the kind of meeting I have planned but it's a start.
:-)
Great idea. Probably won't make it to Brooklyn this time....
...but the next time you're in Manhattan I'd love to meet you all! Best times for me are Saturday and Sunday afternoons, and weekday evenings after 7 pm....tea, coffee, brunch, dinner, whatever. Cheers! - Stephanie
I am interested in meeting
I am interested in meeting people in the New York area, being new to it myself. I live just far enough away from the city I wouldn't be able to attend regular meets of any sort, but I am certainly fond of the idea of going to the city for a weekend to have dinner/lunch/whatever with people. Let me know.
