hey all,

if you're looking for a space to practice in manhattan, do check out this space. i would LOVE to have another rock dove provider working there! the room i work in is available for rent on Fridays (and hourly on other days). a larger treatment room with 2 windows and a desk as well as a treatment table is available most days of the week. the patio out back makes for a good meeting area when the weather is nice... email me if you'd like to see photographs of the space.

Two rooms available for rent to licensed massage, acupuncturist, physical therapist, yoga instructor or other therapists starting Nov 1.

My current tenant is pregnant and will shortly be cutting back on her days in practice, so I'm looking for someone to take some of her days. We occupy the entire ground floor of a brownstone on a historic street just south of Grand Central between Park and Lex. The space is really quite special and it is really a pleasure to call this space home for my practice. The waiting room looks into the back garden (that we have access to) and also has a working fireplace, built-in bookshelves and a sink to wash your hands. Other common areas include a locked private office for file storage, a kitchen and full bathroom.

The front room (Treatment Room 1 in pictures below) is the bigger of the 2 rooms and has 2 windows and a built-in wooden desk. It will be available on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and potentially on weekends. The rate is $350 per day/per month, which means if you take Tuesday, you have access to the room every Tuesday of the month between the hours of 9am and 9pm for $350. Rate also includes a professional cleaning service once a week, utilities and common area supplies as well as some basic supplies for the room (tissues and cough drops). The room will be re-painted and I will remove most of the paintings, and items from the room so it will be a clean slate for you. If you want 3 days in in the room, we can discuss a multiple day rental discount.

The smaller room is a non-windowed room (Treatment Room 3 in pictures below), has a built in closet and wall shelves for storage. The rate for this room is $280 per day/per month and also includes cleaning, utilities and common area supplies. Currently this room is being used by an acupuncturist and a massage therapist. This room is available on Fridays.

This is a professional drama-free space so I am looking for people who value a clean, respectful and quiet space.
