Inspired by experiences that have unleashed our innate unbridled joy, creative force, and biggest dance moves (think Burning Man, NYC House parties, 5Rhythms, etc), GYDO is based in connecting people through movement, music, and world-changing ideas. We feature the very best local DJs, musicians, yoga teachers, healers, artists, and perfor...mers, and local sponsors provide high vibe treats like raw chocolate, kombucha, turmeric elixirs, and fresh fruit.

October 16th we'll take over YogaWorks Soho's gorgeous duplex space, complete with three huge rooms, hardwood floors perfect for barefoot grooving, saunas, and showers for when you're all danced out, and create an opportunity for NYC's finest humans to revel in their collective awesomeness and have a freakin blast.

DJ Barney Iller will man the wheels of steel as Brooklyn's Brian T Carter facilitates the beat in our live room to keep things inspired, and the Didge Project will hold down the chill space with didgeridoos, singing bowls, and an acupuncturist on-site doing community-style treatments. Jeanine T Abraham will get the party started with a JourneyDance warmup, so get there early!

All profits will be donated directly to Dance Parade (danceparade.org), which showcases and empowers NYC's diverse dance culture through funding, networking, and bringing movement to the masses.
