Thank you from the bottom of my everything to all who came to this Wednesday's Spore. That was a conversation unlike any I have been privvy to before, and we're still only just getting started.

I had also planned to show a short clip of Terence McKenna talking about the phenomenon of time acceleration. Look up his name on Youtube with the words "timewave zero" or "novelty" and delve in a bit.

I hope everyone has a beautiful holiday and finds ever grander and more creative ways of expressing gratitude, though I believe that you all do this on a daily basis.

Next activity will be another potluck/film night to watch part 2 of Nassim Haramein's "Crossing the Event Horizon," his lecture on sacred geometry, underlying patterns of the universe. I posted a link to this a couple days ago if you want to catch up. I'm thinking this potluck might go down sometime the week after Thanksgiving. Anyone want to propose their dwelling as a gathering space?

Next Spore will be on a Peak Oil/New Energy Theme. Probably December 16th. Let me know if you've got ideas.

because i like looking at things from every angle, including the ones i dont immediately agree with, i've really enjoyed this infographic put out by a 2012 skeptic.

Crossing the Event Horizon

I know that I'm a bit outta the way, but I could probably swing hosting part 2 of Haramein's Crossing the Event Horizon on Tues. 12/1 if that works for all...(and no one else in West Philly can, of course)

I live in Jenkintown, just north of the city...train station is about a 20 minute walk if that helps...

Looking forward to it, and yeah, part 2 is where it starts to get really interesting...

All, I deeply regret that I will not be able to host the screening tomorrow of Pt 2 for Crossing the Event Horizon due to some personal issues that developed over the holiday weekend. I hoped that you are able to find a plan B location, as Pt. 2 is really where he gets to the crux of his theories...Hopefully I'll be able to host or rejoin for screenings of Pts. 3 & 4...

I am moderating the next metaphysics meetup at Essene, Dec. 13, 4-6. I would invite you guys to come to help the discussion remain productive and interesting. I'd love to continue the discussion about 2012. I may also do channeling, but don't hold me to that! It depends on the crowd.
