There is much happening in Pittsburgh right now - we are now being seen as an up-and-coming Mecca for sustainability in the United States, and the social awareness and potential for change here are seemingly limitless.
Evolver Pittsburgh, formed in the summer of 2010, was created to help usher along these changes, to promote awareness of the self and of the world in the populace, and to bring people together and form a web of community that transcends neighborhood, class, religion and race.
We will collaborate with existing groups, as well as creating events and ideas of our own, to generate awareness and to tap into the collective genius of our city.
Whether you're into discussions, spirituality, permaculture and sustainability, culture jamming, or just want to meet some interesting people and discuss ideas on the world, this can be a place for you!
