Meetings and a Solstice Party

Hello Evolvers,

First, want to point out that there is a new Event set for the 21st - next meeting followed by a Solstice Party!

The first EPGH Planning meeting this past Friday went pretty well.

Topics that were covered:

1) Shared intention and vision for what we wanted for ourselves and others and others out of Evolver.

2) Had a lengthy discussion on how to organize meetings - using stack, combined with talking stick, etc. - and will further revise through input and trial-and-error

3) Josh Lee and Alex Baker volunteered as Regional Coordinators.

4) Talked a little about the Peace Spore and Consciousness Dance Nights

5) Spoke briefly about New Years at Alex Grey's CoSM

6) Made plans for the next meeting and discussed upcoming Solstice Party

We will hopefully have some minutes to be posted up soon!
