FREE Shamanic Breathwork Workshop: Breathe America

There’s a FREE, all-day Shamanic Breathwork workshop at Portland Insight Meditation Center coming up on January 7th! It’s being put on by Freedom Rising Spiritual Community, and we’ll be there helping to facilitate the breathwork process.

Shamanic Breathworkâ„¢ is a powerful healing modality that balances body, mind and soul through a combination of breathing, inner journeying, cathartic movement and chakra-attuned music. It also integrates modern shamanic psycho-spiritual techniques such as mandala artwork and group processing.

A fellow co-journey partner sits with you during your breathwork experience and certified facilitators are present using focused body work, pressure points, mandala art and group processing to assist you in dropping more fully into your experience!

We had 80 people there last year, and it’s a great way to experience breathwork if you’re curious.

Who Can Come?
* Those with no prior knowledge of Shamanic healing arts or breathwork
* Experienced healers, ministers, teachers and spiritual leaders
* Anyone with a curiosity of substance free alternatives to connecting with your inner healer and/or your guides, angels, power allies, higher power (God, Goddess, Buddha…..)

Please bring: mat and blanket or sleeping bag, pillow, eye mask (optional) water bottle and your lunch (We are hoping to have a caterer available. We'll let you know if we do.)
