Curriculum for Love Workshop Session 1 -

The intention of this “LOVE” an Urban Retreat in Two Parts workshop is to explore how to we create deep, intimate love and partnership. Also, exploring and bringing awareness to projections onto our partners, managing expectations, and effective communication. Together, we will create a safe container for co-exploration and deepening community The intention and purpose of the Alchemical Gender Circle is to increase understanding of the experiences we have as men and women, both with our Self and with Others. This is facilitated by enhancing the capacity to listen to another’s experience and creating an intentional space in which we feel open to communicate our feelings. We will process and explore together using tools such as; an Alchemical Gender Circle group, specific meditative, writing exercises and eye-gazing practices.

This curriculum has been facilitated by Sunny Strasburg in many diverse groups of people. Everyone from addicts in resident rehabilitation, parents of autistic children to art collectives and urban family tribe. Sunny and Demi act as group facilitators and therapists for this group process.

Please bring notebooks/journals and pens and wear comfortable clothing.
