Together we will connect with our Intuition. We will do kriyas, deep relaxation, celestial communication, and gong meditation. It’s time to open our minds to our inner guidance. In this time of information overload, the best thing for us to trust is our own intuition.

3:00pm-6:00pm (please arrive at 2:45pm to register.)

Please come prepared with a water bottle, yoga mat/blanket to sit on, a blanket to cover up with for a deep relaxation experience with the gong and maybe even a small pillow to sit on for back support if needed.

Yogi Tea will be served afterward.
