HEY, LOVE!

Nauseated by the conventional commercial expressions of Valentines Day? So are we. Get intimate with San Francisco's growing community of Evolvers as we explore the theme of Love in ways that has nothing to do with greeting cards, guilt, or outdated models of devotion. MAYBE there will be some chocolate... :)

In respectful community space, we'll explore Love as an agent of personal & social transformation, harnessing the power of group ritual to resurrect the fires of inspiration and passion in our hearts as we honor the BELOVED within another.

A Sacred Union Journey with Davin Infinity
An interactive multimedia ceremony to resurrect the fires of love, inspiration and passion in the heart of humanity. We will enter the thresholds of our fear of intimacy and communication, shedding our thick layers and masks, and invoke the the magic of a PUJA ceremony that honors the BELOVED within another. This will be followed by an epic multimedia video/sound journey into the alchemy of the Sacred Union - Twin Flame invocation. Confused what this is about? Another reason to come and awaken your heart's song.

ABOUT THIS THEME

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, corporations are gearing up to sell us diluted and dated notions of love. While divorce rates soar and traditional gender roles break down, new forms of love and new relationship paradigms are beginning to emerge. It’s time we consider the ever-growing varieties of the age-old subject of amour. Alongside traditional love relationships, do we also need to develop models for sacred and ceremonial sexuality that go beyond familiar ways of relating? And is it possible that we are entering a more heart-centered age, where love and forgiveness will radiate across our damaged earth?

Get intimate with fellow Evolvers as we discuss the changing dynamics of love, sex and union as a transformative process to heal the traumas of our world. Local Spores may explore the pleasures and complexities of monogamy versus polyamory, the innate intelligence of the heart, as well as the intentional side of sexuality through Tantra, holistic lovemaking, and healing touch. In this Spore, Evolvers will create a conscious space for vital issues around love and relationships, sex and spirit, to be courted, danced, and embraced.
