Transition Initiatives - Explained and Experienced

Transition Sydney is the regional hub for Transition Towns, an initiative that -
- aims to build local resilience
- is community initiated and driven
- focus's on re-localisation, to the greatest extent, for food production and distribution, clean energy production, water harvesting and recycling, etc

It is being held at the -
