Evolver Tallahassee

We are seeking a Group Host to kick-start the evolution in Tallahassee, including hosting our monthly Spore gatherings. Evolver Spores are community meet-ups, creative salons, hubs of ecological activation, cultural incubation, and social inspiration. These monthly gatherings bring people and groups together who share the ideal of a more beautiful, equitable society, and help them manifest that vision in the world. This merry regional is, as the name suggests, the Regional for Tallahassee, Florida and the surrounding locales. If you are from Tallahassee, you may be aware of the "Getting our act together" movement that has been going on. This regional will act as a way for all us nice folks to work together and organize all sorts of fun things. Possibly connect the cultures a bit as well.

There are a lot of individualized groups in Tallahassee who are willing to work with other individual groups. Hopefully this can turn into a sort of network for those communities to communicate with one another. And, as we all know, two groups merging together ends up as wonderful miraculous cold fusion followed closely by a galaxy being born. Or something like that.

Each month all you wonderful folks are invited to attend the monthly Spore meeting where we all get together to play and brainstorm and generally just bathe one another in the glory of how ridiculously awesome we all are. Yay stars! The aftermath of our glorybaths will probably be something along the lines of lots of cool art being made, new skills being learned, new ideas being generated and everybodies mouths hurting from smiling too much.

Hopefully, this group can turn into a bit of a self organizing, self sustaining community - and judging by the way things are moving, it isn't a very far off goal.
