spring dishes
spring is here,
time to replenish your body.
this is the time to eat flowers, and buds.
edible flowers are forgotten, and out of fashion, though they contain more vitamins, minerals, and essentials, than some fruits.
it is time to re-discover their value, and get them to the place in your diet, where they should be.
to get them is easy, though never try to cook any flowers bought at the localflower shop, as they might contain dangerous chemicals. you should rather collect them in a forest near you, or just grow them in your garden, or even on your balcony or window.
violets, marigolds, roses, lavender, chrysanthemum, tagetes, Johnnyjumpups, etc, they all just wait for you to taste them, and color your diet with them, following the rhythm of nature.
