vodka spit kiss
pressed lips upon clit
mmmm...
green sex-sweat hit.

straight to my brain
and what did i gain?

new attachments created,
to that which we've mated,
my unborn addiction,
a lusty infliction.

i cry.
why?

why did i cry, my blood down your cheek?
and how could true love make my womb weep?

on your thighs, i've smeared tears,
of YOUR blood-filled fears.

i reflect and receive
don't you perceive
and can't you believe?
must i relieve
this need to bereave?
or
can we achieve
a final reprieve
from all that we grieve?
in unity cleave
to a future reweaved
with wisdom retrieved
on the dawn of this eve
of the day we achieve

NEW LIFE
SOME RELIEF

you responded to my reaction
freed me from deliberate action
breathed into me some satisfaction
before the crush of the next contraction

the blood must be spilled
an unborn has been killed
like water distilled
so we can rebuild

NEW LIFE
SOME BELIEF
