I have stumbled onto something that I don't quite understand. After a horrific psychedelic session some ten years ago a group of people have made themselves known to me. They have been watching me since that time and more recently have been attempting to prevent me from the continued expansion of my consciousness. I am at a loss for answers and desperate to find anyone that may have similar experiences. At first I thought that I may be delusional, but unfortunately this is not the case. I am hoping that there may be someone here that can offer some information as to what I am going through. I don't know what else to do.

You may have been approached/"abducted" by:

1) Lower astral entities of Service-to-Self orientation (Reptilian underlings, Zetas, Greys included)
2) Secret government groups who somehow picked up your mind waves while you were in a trance state

The Powers That Be (PTB) intend to suppress our consciousness for various reasons.
You can assert your Free Will at any time by rejecting their machinations.
Have courage.

Watermelons everywhere

I was once where you were and are. I thought they were "watchers" but a friend, let's call him "Kilgore"
said they were likely to be Trafalmadorians. "Poppycock!" I cried.
Watchers and knower's rarely mingle.
My suggestion is to "go with the flow" - allow yourself to drift - in a safe environment of course.
Take note and make notes of your observations. They will be useful later.
Think of it as a marvelous adventure you won in a sweepstakes.
It's probably not a good idea to think about having children any time soon.
