Take Back the Power and RS Holiday Party

You're invited to Collective Hardware for our combined, "Take Back the Power" spore and RS community holiday party. Discuss the future of energy and toast the season with your fellow Evolvers. DJ Zguby from the visionary techno group, PlanetChild will drop an energetic, metallic mix of beats and Luke will lead a participatory chakra harmonization to set the mood in the gigantic 1st floor gallery of Collective Hardware, with conversation, vegan food, drinks and mingling continuing upstairs in the second floor salon of the artists' collective.

Expect art work and interactive displays of new energy options. Olivia Robinson will be on hand to explain the art project Waste to Work, a collaboration by Daniela Kostova and Olivia, that explores possibilities of transforming labor into electric power, using sweat as the link. Dan Miner will give a talk describing what peak oil is what we can do about it. Meet others, join in the discussion and bust a move as we explore energy in all its forms--including the all-powerful charge of holiday cheer. $7 suggested donation.
