I think Wilcock has some interesting things to say at times, but this is really patchy and suspect stuff he's going on about here. His is a unique and wide-ranging opinion, sold as proof of grand facts.

i think we will see world peace next month.
this plan will blow up in their face in a week or two, they will all be prosecuted. they've already lost, we've already won. all of the money that they have stolen from us will be returned to us. it will be the biggest party ever in may or june at the latest.

Well, I won't knock it too much. It all seems a bit pie-in-the-sky, to me...but what the heck do I know? It's something to hope for, anyway. I won't hold my breath, but I won't shut my eyes either. Appreciate the heads up. =)
