I don't think I like the outcome of that, I also have an ash spill somewhere in Tennessee that's relatively closeby to deal with. Both of which are just as bad as the other, when will humans learn?
Why that material, even? Why not go up there with a giant spray bottle and make clouds out of... (dare I say it?).... WATER MIST?
