we must be very careful with this, so that our desire to protect the planet does not actually harm it more. because of international carbon emission laws, oil companies in the middle east and northern africa cannot sell lower grade oil because it "doesn't burn clean enough." so what do they do with it? burn it off in the middle of the desert twenty-four hours a day anyway. all the while masking an excuse to charge more for "clean" oil. in many cases environmental "watchdogs" are doing us more harm than good and masking it as good for all, when really its only good for them.
