Well off Louisiana coast emitting oil and gas after vessel strikes

Probably not going to be in the same category as the Deepwater horizon catastrophe and this probably would never have made the news if the media weren't hypersensitive to the Gulf right now, but this makes me wonder how often spills occur and we just don't know about them.
