Calling All Artists!

Hello fellow Evolvers!

For the last few years I have been putting together a non-profit endeavor in Burlington, Vermont with a few friends. We're calling it the Root Center. Our stated goal is:

The Root Center, INC is dedicated to acquiring an existing farmstead in Chittenden County, VT where we will establish a network of greenhouses and construct a model geodesic-dome which enables sustainable and environmentally friendly housing. Through partnerships with organizations focused on renewable energy, local agriculture, housing, and education we will use our systems of food production, green energy and living-system waste-reduction to demonstrate a working and sensible evolution of the traditional home while cultivating a year-round crop of organic produce for donation to local food shelves, outreach centers, and psychiatric homes.

We envision this place as a community and cultural gathering place, with outdoor festivals, amphitheater, free workshops, seminars, speakers, free-energy laboratories, raw organic cafe, and more (think Arcosanti, the Eden Project, etc).
We've filed our Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation and just received our Certificate of Good Standing from Deb Markowitz, Vermont's Secretary of State, and are about to file with the IRS to receive our 501c3 designation. At that point we plan to have our first major fundraising drive. A key element that we are missing, however, is a tasteful, artistic, and inspirational logo that can convey our dynamic vision in a way that only the visual arts can approach.

Knowing how creative all of you are I thought someone might be able to point me in the right direction. We don't have much of a budget right now, but perhaps our 501c3 designation could be helpful to someone?
